House Rules

• Smoking inside this apartment is absolutely out of the question. I will present a claim for $250 if the place presents smoking damage (including smell). There is a smoke alarm that will probably be activated if you smoke inside this unit. If you smoke outside the apartment, please do so with closed doors and windows, so the smell doesn't get inside, and please, leave the cigar butts outside, there is a gray trash can by the pathway getting in.

• No overnight visitors are authorized in this unit. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation matches your group. If you are going to have non-overnight visitors, please make sure to let the hostess know. No parties or events are allowed.​ Please be aware that there are outdoor cameras in the apartment's perimeter.

• Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If you need early check-in or late check out, make sure to ask your hostess. We try to be flexible, according to availability and occupation.

• Please keep noise levels down between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.P
